PERSONALIZED ONGOING CARE PROGRAM ($250 Month-to-Month)
OVERVIEW
The Month-to-Month Personalized Care Pathway is a continuation of your initial six-month formation process, designed to provide ongoing, Christ-centered support for individuals and couples who desire to remain in a steady rhythm of growth, clarity, and relational strengthening.
This extension allows you to continue building on the work already established—through consistent, guided engagement that supports deeper awareness, strengthened relational patterns, and continued spiritual formation over time.
This ongoing process continues to emphasize:
awareness before change
posture before progress
repentance and humility as pathways to renewal
spiritual formation rather than behavior modification
The purpose of this extension is to maintain consistency in your formation process, providing continued guidance, practical tools, and intentional reflection as growth continues to unfold.
IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION
Power & Love Marriage provides marriage training and spiritual formation services.
These services are not licensed counseling, therapy, or mental health treatment and are not a substitute for professional clinical care.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, we encourage you to seek care from a licensed professional.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Participants continuing in the Month-to-Month Pathway receive:
Two (2) 60-minute guided sessions per month
Sessions may be conducted:
Online via video conference
In person at the Power & Love Marriage office in The Woodlands, Texas
Sessions are scheduled in advance through the Power & Love Marriage scheduling system.
The two (2) monthly sessions must be completed within each active billing month.
Unused sessions are forfeited and do not carry over or accumulate, unless otherwise approved in writing by Power & Love Marriage.
SCHEDULING & ATTENDANCE
Sessions are reserved in advance and require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
Late cancellations or missed sessions may be considered used and will not be rescheduled.
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
PROGRAM INVESTMENT
To make continued engagement more accessible, this pathway is offered at a reduced rate of $250 per month.
By enrolling, you agree to a recurring monthly payment of $250 for ongoing participation.
Your place in the month-to-month extension is secured once payment is submitted.
Because each session involves reserved time and preparation, all payments are non-refundable once processed.
ENROLLMENT PROCESS
Enrollment in the Month-to-Month Personalized Care Pathway requires:
Completion of your initial six-month program term
Submission of payment for continued participation
By submitting payment, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to continue under the terms outlined in your original Pathway Agreement, along with the updated month-to-month payment structure described on this page.
IMPORTANT TRANSITION NOTE
Your original Personalized Care Pathway Agreement remains in effect, including all structure, expectations, and program policies.
By enrolling in the Month-to-Month Pathway, you are agreeing to continue under that agreement, with the only modification being the transition to a month-to-month payment structure following the completion of your initial six-month term.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your month-to-month participation at any time by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to your next billing date.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION & MONTHLY AGREEMENT
For participants continuing in the monthly pathway, the payment method on file will be securely stored and automatically charged each billing cycle.
By enrolling, you authorize Power & Love Marriage, LLC to charge the payment method on file for the agreed monthly amount in accordance with the ongoing payment schedule.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their payment method remains valid and up to date.
If a payment cannot be processed, participation in the program may be paused until payment is successfully completed.
ELIGIBILITY TO ENROLL
This Month-to-Month Pathway is available to participants who have successfully completed their initial six-month Personalized Care Pathway and are choosing to continue their formation process with ongoing support and guidance.
