Intentional, guided growth—practiced together in community and lived out at home
Program Overview
The Power and Love Marriage Cohort is a six-week, online formation experience designed for couples who desire intentional growth, spiritual depth, and practical guidance—within the context of community. This cohort offers a shared rhythm of learning and practice, allowing couples to engage formation together while living it out in their own marriage.
Over the six weeks, couples gather for four guided teaching sessions, each focused on a specific topic essential to healthy, Christ-centered marriage. Between sessions, couples commit to intentional practice—working through curated formation content, reflection, and exercises on our Cohort Pathway Platform.
Rather than rushing growth or relying solely on conversation, the cohort is designed to support application over time. Couples learn together, practice privately, and return to the group with greater clarity, awareness, and engagement.
This experience is not about comparison or performance, but about cultivating shared rhythms, accountability, and steady formation—supported by guidance, structure, and community.
How This Program Works
The Marriage Cohort follows a six-week, online structure designed to balance live teaching with meaningful application. The program unfolds through a repeating rhythm that allows couples to receive guidance together and then practice intentionally within their own marriage.
Each live session introduces a focused topic and provides direction for the work that follows. Between live sessions, couples engage independently with guided material designed to help them apply what they’ve learned in everyday life. This rhythm continues throughout the cohort, supporting steady growth over time.
The cohort is intentionally structured so that learning happens in community, while practice happens privately—ensuring couples are supported without being compared or exposed.
What You Can Expect
A Supportive Online Environment
You can expect a thoughtful, well-facilitated online space designed to encourage presence, focus, and meaningful engagement—without pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with.
Clear Guidance and Direction
Each session offers clear teaching and practical insight, helping you understand the topic at hand and how it applies to your marriage—without overwhelming you with information.
Space to Practice at Home
Rather than trying to change everything at once, the cohort gives you time between sessions to apply what you’re learning together in real life. This allows growth to unfold naturally within your everyday rhythms.
Shared Learning Without Comparison
You’ll be learning alongside other couples, but the work itself remains personal. The cohort emphasizes encouragement and accountability—without comparison, performance, or pressure.
Steady, Sustainable Growth
This experience is designed to support consistent growth over time, helping you build habits and understanding that continue beyond the six weeks.
This is a shared season of growth—creating space for God to shape your marriage through steady practice and community.

What This Marriage Cohort Creates
The Marriage Cohort is designed to support meaningful, steady growth within marriage—through shared learning, intentional practice, and time. Rather than focusing on quick change, this cohort emphasizes formation that unfolds as couples engage consistently and thoughtfully. Couples who participate often experience:
Greater Awareness and Understanding
Increased clarity around relational patterns, communication habits, and areas that need attention—helping couples respond more intentionally rather than reactively.
Stronger Relational and Spiritual Rhythms
The development of shared practices that support healthier connection, spiritual alignment, and ongoing attentiveness to the marriage.
Improved Communication and Engagement
Practical insight and tools that help couples listen more clearly, speak more thoughtfully, and engage one another with greater care and understanding.
Encouragement Through Community
The steady support of learning alongside other couples—normalizing growth, reducing isolation, and fostering accountability without comparison.
Momentum for Continued Growth
A clearer sense of direction and next steps, empowering couples to carry what they’ve learned into everyday marriage beyond the cohort experience.
This cohort is not about arriving at a destination, but about cultivating habits, awareness, and rhythms that support long-term growth and connection.
Your Commitment
This cohort is designed to support steady growth through participation, practice, and presence. Couples are invited to engage consistently—attending live sessions, completing the guided work together between sessions, and applying what they are learning within their own marriage.
Perfection is not expected.
What matters is willingness, consistency, and openness to growth.
Because this experience unfolds over time, couples are encouraged to honor the rhythm of the cohort—allowing learning to be practiced at home and revisited in community. This commitment helps ensure that growth is meaningful, integrated, and sustainable beyond the six weeks.
