Marriage Cohort

Where marriages grow stronger, deeper, and more resilient over time

Intentional, steady and guided growth—practiced together and in community—lived out at home

Cohort Overview

The Power and Love Marriage Cohort is a six-week, online formation experience designed for couples who desire intentional growth, spiritual depth, and practical guidance—within the context of community.

Rather than rushing toward quick fixes or surface-level solutions, this cohort invites couples to slow down, learn together, and apply what they are learning in the real rhythm of everyday life. You’ll gather with other couples in a supportive online environment, receive clear teaching, and then take time between sessions to practice together at home through guided exercises in your cohort hub.

This experience is all about cultivating shared rhythms, accountability, and steady formation—supported by guidance, structure, and community.

How The Marriage Cohort Works

Live Online Sessions
Four guided teaching sessions spread over six weeks focused on key aspects of thriving, Christ-centered marriage.

At-Home Application
In between live gatherings, couples complete guided reflection, Scripture reading, discussion, prayer, and practical exercises together in their cohort hub.

Community — Without Comparison
You’ll learn alongside other couples in a supportive space that respects privacy and encourages growth without pressure.

What You Can Expect

A Supportive Online Environment

You can expect a thoughtful, well-facilitated online space designed to encourage presence, focus, and meaningful engagement—without pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with.

Clear Guidance and Direction

Each session offers clear teaching and practical insight, helping you understand the topic at hand and how it applies to your marriage—without overwhelming you with information.

Space to Practice at Home

Rather than trying to change everything at once, the cohort gives you time between sessions to apply what you’re learning together in real life. This allows growth to unfold naturally within your everyday rhythms at a steady pace. You just log in to your MARRIAGE COHORT HUB and follow simple prompts that guide you through scripture reading, couple reflection, discussion, and personal reflection.

Shared Learning Without Comparison

You’ll be learning alongside other couples, but the work itself remains personal. The cohort emphasizes encouragement and accountability—without comparison, performance, or pressure.

Steady, Sustainable Growth

This experience is designed to support consistent growth over time, helping you build habits and understanding that continue beyond the six weeks.

What This Cohort Creates

The Marriage Cohort is designed to support meaningful, steady growth within marriage—through shared learning, intentional practice, and time. Rather than focusing on quick change, this cohort emphasizes formation that unfolds as couples engage consistently and thoughtfully. Couples who participate often experience:

Greater Awareness and Understanding

Increased clarity around relational patterns, communication habits, and areas that need attention—helping couples respond more intentionally rather than reactively.

Stronger Relational and Spiritual Rhythms

The development of shared practices that support healthier connection, spiritual alignment, and ongoing attentiveness to the marriage.

Improved Communication and Engagement

Practical insight and tools that help couples listen more clearly, speak more thoughtfully, and engage one another with greater care and understanding.

Encouragement Through Community

The steady support of learning alongside other couples—normalizing growth, reducing isolation, and fostering accountability without comparison.

Momentum for Continued Growth

A clearer sense of direction and next steps, empowering couples to carry what they’ve learned into everyday marriage beyond the cohort experience.

This cohort is not about arriving at a destination, but about cultivating habits, awareness, and rhythms that support long-term growth and connection.

This is a shared season of growth—creating space for God to shape your marriage through steady practice and community.

Designed For Couples Who…

  • Want steady, meaningful growth—not quick fixes.

  • Value spiritual depth, shared practice, and Gospel-centered rhythms.

  • Want guided support and community without comparison or pressure.

  • Are ready to invest in your marriage with intention and presence.

This experience isn’t about being perfect—it’s about being present with one another and with God.

When This Cohort May Not Be the Right Fit

The Marriage Cohort is designed for couples seeking intentional growth within a structured, community setting. It may not be the right fit if:

  • One or both spouses are unwilling to participate consistently

  • There are active safety concerns, abuse, or ongoing violence

  • Immediate crisis care or licensed clinical treatment is needed

  • One spouse is primarily seeking to change or control the other

Because this is a group-based formation experience—not therapy—some situations may require more specialized support.

If that is the case, we encourage seeking care from a licensed mental health professional. Our desire is always to help couples receive the right support for their season.

An Intentional Step Forward

Growth rarely happens by accident. If you’re ready to invest time, attention, and shared practice into your marriage, this cohort provides the structure and support to help you do just that.

Your Commitment

This cohort supports steady growth through consistent participation and shared practice. Couples are asked to attend live sessions, complete guided exercises together, and apply what they’re learning within their own marriage.

Perfection is not expected—willingness, consistency, and openness are what matter most.

Because growth unfolds over time, honoring the rhythm of the cohort helps ensure what you learn becomes integrated and sustainable beyond the six weeks.

Steady Growth Begins With Intention

You don’t have to solve everything at once.
Sometimes the wisest step is to slow down, step away from the noise, and create space for clarity, connection, and God’s guidance.

If you sense that your marriage would benefit from intentional time and support in this season, we invite you to take the next step. We deeply care for the health of your marriage.

What if strengthening your marriage started with something as simple as prayer?

Join our Marriage Prayer Collective

Whether you’re ready to engage with us or not, we invite you to pray over your marriage with intention.

Join us on the 2nd Saturday of every month to intentionally pray, stand in the gap, and believe God for renewal, protection, and strength in marriages.

Our time together will include guided prayer and depending of the number of people joining, we may breakout into small groups where you can pray specifically for your marriage (we meet for 45-60 min).

There is no charge for this, all you invest is your time.
