All 24 sessions must be used within your six-month initial pathway term. Any unused sessions expire at the conclusion of the term and do not carry over.

$3,240 paid in full at enrollment reflects a 10% savings of $360 compared with the $3,600 total investment when enrolled through monthly payments.
Your full payment covers all 24 sessions included in your initial six-month Enhanced Personalized Care Pathway.
By completing enrollment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the Personalized Care Pathway Agreement and authorize the one-time payment described above.
Payment is non-refundable once processed. Additional terms regarding scheduling, cancellations, session usage, and services are provided in your signed Pathway Agreement.
