PERSONALIZED CARE PROGRAM (10-mo term)
PROGRAM OVERVIEW: The Personalized Care Pathway is a Christ-centered training and spiritual formation experience designed to help couples and individuals grow in connection, clarity, and relational strength. Through guided, personalized engagement, participants are equipped to develop healthier relational patterns, deepen spiritual rhythms, and intentionally shape their marriage for the season they are in.
This program emphasizes:
awareness before change
posture before progress
repentance and humility as pathways to renewal
spiritual formation rather than behavior modification
The purpose of this pathway is to provide structured guidance, practical tools, and thoughtful reflection designed to strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and rebuild relational connection over time.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE: Participants receive -
Two (2) 60-minute guided sessions per month for a period of six-months. Service may be extended once the six months is complete.
Sessions may be conducted:
Online via video conference
In person at the Power & Love Marriage office in The Woodlands, Texas
Sessions are scheduled in advance by the participant using the Power & Love Marriage scheduling system.
CLIENT-SPECIFIC PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT
For this participant, Power & Love Marriage has approved the following extended payment plan.
• The total program investment remains $1,500
• Payments will be made in ten (10) monthly installments of $150
This arrangement allows the program services to be completed within the six-month program period, while distributing the cost across a longer payment schedule.
Because this is a payment plan for the full program investment, payments will continue according to the agreed schedule even after all program sessions have been completed.
AUTOMATIC BILLING AUTHORIZATION
Payments for the Personalized Care Pathway will be processed through automatic monthly billing.
By enrolling in the program, the participant authorizes Power & Love Marriage, LLC to automatically charge the payment method provided at enrollment for $150 each month for ten (10) months, unless the remaining balance is paid in full earlier.
The participant understands and agrees that:
• The payment method provided will be securely stored for recurring billing
• Monthly payments will be automatically charged according to the agreed payment schedule
• Automatic billing will continue until the full program investment of $1,500 has been paid
Participants are responsible for ensuring their payment method remains valid and up to date.
If a payment cannot be successfully processed, program participation may be paused until payment is received.
EARLY PAYMENT OPTION
Participants may choose to pay the remaining program balance in full at any time.
If the participant elects to pay the remaining balance in full, all remaining scheduled payments under the payment plan will be canceled once the balance has been satisfied.
