The Personalized Care Pathway provides individuals and couples with a consistent rhythm of Christ-centered guidance and intentional formation designed to strengthen clarity, relational health, spiritual growth, and meaningful connection.
Two (2) 60-minute Personalized Care sessions each monthly billing cycle
In-person or virtual sessions
Six-month initial commitment
Automatic monthly billing of $600
Option to continue month-to-month following the initial term
Sessions included with monthly enrollment are to be used within each active month and do not carry over. Your enrollment billing cycle begins the day you set up payment (today).
Receive your Personalized Care sessions with both Dane and Paola counseling together. This add-on provides two counselors during each of your two monthly sessions.
All appointments with Dane and Paola must be arranged directly with us to coordinate availability.

Total initial 6-mo minimum commitment: $3,600
By completing enrollment, you authorize the monthly payment described above and acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the Personalized Care Pathway Agreement.
Payments are non-refundable once processed. Additional terms regarding scheduling, cancellations, session usage, payment, and services are provided in your signed Pathway Agreement.
